Life is Oatally Awesome!

I bet you thought that was a typo? Nope, not this time...


Last week I found this amazing hot cereal. When I find something good,  that's good for you, I want to share it. 

Oatally Awesome is a Canadian made product and if you like small businesses then it just another reason to buy it. I've been eating it each day for breakfast and my energy levels have increased not to mention it's quite filling. It's benefits include low sodium, high fibre, low in sugar and great tasting. There are two flavors: Pineapple-Coconut-Pecan or Apple Cinnamon. I'm bringing it to you because not only is it a great start to your hiking day, with this cereal & a few other products you can make hiking energy bars, which I'm excited to try. The price is right too! A one kg bag was $18 and it treated my husband and I to a week of nutritious breakfast. Now where can you buy a week of breakfast for two for $18.00? Oh yes and my junk-food-eating husband liked it too. I didn't tell him until after he ate it, it was good for him ;) Did I mention it's quick cooking too...I added almond milk and a little maple syrup and my day started with a smile on my face.
