Trail: Walk down the past by the pit toilets. There’s a map and sign post. Follow the interactive trail as you pass signs and it takes you in a complete loop. As you walk along you can choose the small or big loop.
Once you've completed the Interactive Trail follow the wide trail past the pit toilets and the big yellow gates down the wide path. Once at the T go left. Follow the skinnier path down and past a little old tired sign with Spirea trail on it. The path begins to widen. Keep going. You’ll come to a 4 way, stay straight and then you will go down a little hill which crosses a somewhat deep stream depending on the time of year. There were rocks t step on to get through without your feet getting too wet. Stay straight and pass a yellow gate on your left side. You are now walking along side the road. Keep going. You’ll pass a old wooden bridge on your right as the lake comes into full view. There’s parking here and lots of areas to enjoy your day. No dogs allowed at the lake. Once your done snapping pictures head back the way you came. This is a perfect rainy day Fall hike. The forest was a bright mossy green. Happy & safe trails.
