Directions: Drive past Whistler. When you see Cougar Mountain turnoff turn here. Follow the bumpy pot hole covered road for 5 Km’s to the TH.
Walk up the snaky rocky path. It’s quite hilly in the beginning. Not long after you’ll come to a ‘T’ in the trail. For a 1.6 Km side trip go left to Showh & Cougar Lakes or go right to Ancient Cedars.
Take the rocky path up and on right is a Trail. Go here. Up some man made stairs and get a little view peeking through the trees. Keep going as the path gets rocky, watch your footing. Soon a
View point is on your left. Right after is a bridge to the giant cedars. You can cross it or just before the bridge is a loop to the right. Not long after is a cascading waterfall on your left. Once you’re satisfied, follow the trail along the loop. Soon you’ll come back to the bridge. Carry on down the way you came and back to your car. Happy & safe trails.
